Aby Alexander

President & Chief Technology Officer

Aby Alexander co-founded eXstream Solutions following a successful career at PictureTel. As President and Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for managing the overall technology of the company including the development of OpenLearn, Digital Content Communicator(DCC), and key partnerships with other streaming technologies. Prior to founding eXstream, Aby was Senior Manager of Web Technologies at PictureTel Corporation. During his tenure at PictureTel, and with its support, Aby founded Computer Solutions, a provider of corporate Internet and Intranet services for companies including GE Capital and Fidelity Investments. At PictureTel, Aby was responsible for initiatives to migrate the company’s legacy video conferencing business online. He was the designer and architect of the company’s eVideo Portal, an online environment where users can launch ISDN video conferencing calls to an IP-based video call and stream them live to multiple target audiences.

Aby is a member of the prestigious Harvard JFK School of Government-Belfer Center, International Council Board and has been quoted in several magazines including Information Week and other leading publications regarding the benefits of video-based support and training systems.

Aby has an MBA and Cyber Security certificate from MIT.

BRIAN TUTTLE CPHIT, CHP, CHA, CCNA, CISSP, CBRA, Net +

Chief Security Officer

Brian L Tuttle is a Certified Professional in Health IT (CPHIT), Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP), Certified HIPAA Administrator (CHA), Certified Business Resilience Auditor (CBRA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over 17 years’ experience in Health IT and Compliance Consulting.

With vast experience in health IT systems (i.e. practice management, EHR systems, imaging, transcription, medical messaging, etc.) as well as over 17 years’ experience in standard Health IT with multiple certifications and hands-on knowledge, Brian serves as compliance consultant and has conducted onsite and remote risk assessments for over 1000 medical practices, hospitals, health departments, insurance plans, and business associates throughout the United States.

In addition, Mr Tuttle has served in multiple litigated court cases serving as an expert witness offering input related to best practices and requirements for securing and providing patient access to protected health information. Mr. Tuttle has also worked directly with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) both in defending covered entities and business associates as well as being asked by the Federal government to audit covered entities and business associates on behalf of the OCR.

Brian is well known and highly regarded in medical circles throughout the United States for his quality work and down home southern charm

Mr Tuttle has a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences from Georgia State University and lives in Kennesaw, GA with his wife Tiffany and two rescue dogs Willie and Butter Bean.

Brandon Marcus

Director of Product & Services – Cloud based applications

Brandon has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry holding an advanced degree with a Master’s in Cybersecurity & Information Systems. He is a Cloud Architect and currently focusing on Windows Azure and Amazon Web Services, along with expertise in Microsoft’s collaboration stack and identify management technology. He is instrumental in system architecture and implementation and execution for several messaging application other mission critical application for fortune 500 companies. He is also a certified PMP, MCSE,CCNA. Worked on several enterprise cybersecurity cloud and on premises based implementations and architected and build security solutions.
